A note on dietary requirements
We will do our utmost to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies. We are unable to offer a vegan or fully dairy-free menu. We may be able to accommodate lactose intolerance with lactose-free alternatives.
Please contact us before booking. All dietary requirements must be confirmed by the restaurant no later than 24 hours before your visit.

How do I change or cancel a reservation?
You can cancel through your confirmation email up to 72 hours before your reservation. Later cancellations incur the full menu fee per person. Changes to your arrival time or guest count require written confirmation from us. Contact info@restaurantaure.dk or +45 31 68 65 68.
Can I book for a group or a celebration?
Our private dining room welcomes up to 17 guests. For larger occasions, our first-floor hall accommodates up to 100 guests. Please email us for availability and menu options.
Are children and pets welcome?
To provide a peaceful dining experience, we do not allow children under the age of 10. Dogs and other pets are not permitted.
What if I am running late?
Please call us if you are delayed. We cannot guarantee an extension to your reservation. Unannounced delays of more than 45 minutes result in cancellation and a full menu fee.
Can I give an Aure experience as a gift?
Yes. Purchase an Aure gift card through our gift card service.
